  • Gameplay
    In a procedurally generated world, you control a blob. Create chaos, level up, and try to survive! Throw the blob around, destroy tiles to gain various resources and experience. After each round, use the gathered resources to develop the tech tree.
  • About
    This was the first jam where I also created the assets for the game! I tried to incorporate all 3 Wild Cards from Godot Wild Jam #80:
    • SHOW, DON'T TELL (there is no text in the game)
    • I AM... WAIT, WHAT? (well, there are no characters but given the game a silly name)
    • SIMPLE SHAPES (it's all simple shapes)

I’d love some feedback on the gameplay and the "Show, don’t tell", if it's possible to understand things (I'm sure the speed upgrade card is confusing)!

Interesting take on breakout.  The detail on the ball tho.  That is a legit 3d roll animation you got there.

I get shaders in Blender 3D but for the life of me they are not clicking in Godot

Hey, thank you very much! I've actually done a few jams before, but only the programing side and with downloaded assets. This time, though, I decided to make all the graphic assets myself and try to learn a bit of pixel art and how Aseprite works.
